A community for everyone!

The symbiocite community offers you a neighbourhood life inspired by today’s lifestyle. Located on the river banks of the St. Lawrence and St. Jacques rivers on the south shore of Montreal, in the Montérégie region, La Prairie is known for its many attractions. Its green parks, numerous playgrounds and historic district make this city a treasure to discover. Choose Belle-Dame, the jewel of Symbiocité and La Prairie.

Conservation park

Adjacent to the Belle-Dame, the La Prairie Conservation Park offers a unique and attractive environment of native fauna and flora including numerous tree species such as maple, birch, oak and poplar
